My name is Chris and I’m the artist and creator behind the artwork that is featured on Drawing a Mile High and available at my Etsy Shop.

I’ve been living in Colorado for about 12 years now and I continue to be inspired by the state and the sheer variety of amazing landscapes and geological wonders it has to offer.

My goal at Drawing a Mile high is to provide you with a way to share your love of nature and Colorado through beautiful artwork that you can display in your home, office, or anywhere else.

As for my personal influences and style, I’m a huge fan of Japanese artwork and culture. You’ll find my art is focused around these ascetics and sensibilities as I love the simplicity of the style combined with the mood and atmosphere is captures.

All of the artwork is created by hand here in Colorado. I work in a variety of mediums and you’ll find work that has been created in both digital and traditional formats. I love all forms of art and hope to expand on my offerings soon.
